Who am I?
My path into this work began in 2007, when something shifted within me and I started to recognize the patterns and wounds that had shaped my life. What followed was years of deep inner work, clearing ancestral lines, sitting with plant medicines, and exploring earth-based practices. Along the way a growing ability to sense and work with energy emerged as the layers released. That path eventually brought me to studying energy healing at the Academy of Intuition Medicine in Sausalito, CA, and bodywork rooted in traditional Mexican medicine, which I studied during my time living in Oaxaca.
I want to help you remember who you truly are. I want to help you come home to yourself. The years I've spent healing myself, honing these skills, and exploring the nature of the universe itself are the offerings I am grateful to share with you. And just sharing in the experience of being a human, which can sometimes be hard.
